A co-founder
of the firm, Lynn Samuels is counsel to Baumeister & Samuels,
P.C. A graduate of Hunter College of the City University
of New York with a Bachelor of Arts in 1969, Ms. Samuels
attended Hofstra Law School, where she served as a member of
the Hofstra University Law Review and wrote "Delaware Re-Examines
Its Merger Laws: New Protection For Minority Shareholders,"
6 Hofstra Law Review 973, 1978. After graduating with
distinction from law school in 1978, Ms. Samuels received
an LL.M. in taxation in 1991 from New York University School
of Law.
She is a member of the Association
of the Bar of the City of New York, the New York State and American
Bar Associations, and the Federal Bar Council. Ms. Samuels
concentrates her practice in the areas of appellate practice,
commercial law and tax litigation. |
